IU Health is currently seeking a Rehabilitaion Services Manager, who is results-driven and inspired by meaningful work. The Rehabilitation Services Manager will provide oversight of the Regional Academic Health Center, Critical Access locations and Pediatric Clinics (Inpatient and Outpatient), located in the heart of Bloomington, IN with flexible travel 1 day a week between Bedford, IN and Paoli, IN. This manager will lead a team of 5 direct reports. They will assist in the vision and execution of the Rehabilitation Services strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages programs and staff within Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Audiology. Contributes to administrative decision-making, leadership, strategic planning and financial stewardship. Duties include but are not limited to program development, analysis of and improvement of operations, as well as efficient and productive use of personnel, material and financial resources. Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures. Responsible for the efficient and purposeful integration of services with other areas and emerging delivery systems. Acts as an expert resource to the department and other healthcare practitioners. Ensures department and staff conform to appropriate legal and regulatory requirements. Performs tasks and duties of the therapist as needed.

•Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in area of specialization, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology or audiology.
•Requires current State of Indiana license in area of specialization, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology or audiology.
•May require current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
•May require a certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASLHA) or eligibility for this certificate.
•May require a certificate of clinical competence in Audiology or eligibility for this certificate.
•5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred.
•3-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
•Knowledge of software applications and database management skills is preferred.
•Base knowledge of state and federal regulations is preferred.
•Pediatric Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
