- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
- One (1) year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards, clinical operations, and procedures.
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
