We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Services Manager to lead our team at the Regional Academic Health Center, Critical Access locations, and Pediatric Clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our Rehabilitation Services strategic plan, including program development, change management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Rehabilitation Services team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.
- Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and families.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, or audiology.
- Current State of Indiana license in area of specialization.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of software applications and database management skills preferred.
- Base knowledge of state and federal regulations preferred.
