The Enterprise Risk Manager will manage all Enterprise Risk strategy and operational functions throughout the organization. This role will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing a strong and long lasting Risk Management program. Success in this role will be seen through successfully identifying risks, creating policies and managing policies/procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages enterprise risk management framework, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging risks, update risk inventory, facilitate management's risk assessments, and assist in development of mitigation strategies.
  • Run the design and implementation of risk taxonomy and reporting.
  • Provide all risk updates to various business units across the organization
  • Recommend data requests and reports to optimize risk monitoring within existing business.
  • Lead the strategic risk committee meetings including the development of the agenda and facilitation of the meetings.
  • Support ERM training initiatives and facilitates ERM training to various levels of management.
  • Lead the maintenance and development of the risk management strategy across the global organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum five years' experience managing strategically ran enterprise risk programs.
  • CRISC certification
  • Experience with risk software is highly preferred working in a global environment
  • PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Prior knowledge of risk modeling and data analyzation
  • Exception based reporting experience.
