Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our expanding team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to play a pivotal role in the evolution of our accounting function as we continue to grow through acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of career stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage consolidated reporting and financial statements.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions.
  • Support the integration of acquired companies into the Accounting function.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA or CMA designation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of career stability and reliability.
