What You’ll Do Responsible for developing strategies, plans, and analyses for marketing initiatives and executing across multiple channels. Works cross-functionally with business partners across analytics, consumer insights, brand, creative agencies, and more to execute engaging marketing communications. Actively manages risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role and escalates to leadership. How You’ll Do It Manages campaign executions including: design, documentation, delivery, and presenting results to management. Develops test designs, creative, and branding strategies. Partners with vendors and the business to develop deliverables and execute campaign. Influences test designs and strategies. Drives campaign decisions to influence targeting, data availability, and audience selections. Gathers reporting and insights on campaign data. Formulates recommendations for management. Implements and monitors controls for fulfillment processes. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the customer experience and improve efficiency. Qualifications You’ll Need The Basics Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Direct Response Campaigns, or Related In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Direct Response Campaigns, or Related Bonus Points If You Have 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Direct Response Campaigns, or Related Application Deadline: The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Jun-08-2024. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
