**Job Title**: Lead Customer Contact Strategy Specialist (multiple openings)

**Job Location**: Riverwoods, Illinois

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Duties**: Manages projects from inception to implementation. Obtains business support, defines requirements, authorizes project documentation, leads walk throughs, creates, and executes test cases, and ensures projects meet milestones and timelines. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

**Requirements**: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a finance or analyst-related occupation.

**Position required skills**: Position requires experience in: Project management using Agile Methodology such as Excel, Jira, and PowerPoint; Technical Product lifecycle development; Using SQL to retrieve data analysis on databases such as Teradata and Oracle; Agile project management using tools such as Jira; Data analytics using Teradata and Snowflake; Business process mapping using Visio; and 7. Incident Management.
