Job Title: Lead Process Improvement Strategy Analyst(multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Develops process improvement and optimization recommendations and provides them to leadership. Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial impacts of initiatives. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements : Employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Intelligence Analyst -related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in: 1. Analytical problem solving; 2. Process Improvement/Management; 3. Business Analytics; 4. Operations Process Analysis; 5. SQL; 6. SAS; and 7. Tableau.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $102,500.00 to $143,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
