Our client is seeking a Business Development Specialist for its premier litigation practice, focusing on the Tier 1 White Collar and Regulatory Defense Practice Group, among other litigation practices. This role involves working closely with practice leaders, senior management, and operational teams to execute the strategic vision for the practice and the broader litigation department. The Specialist will support strategic litigation priorities, monitor marketplace developments, obtain and analyze client and market research, and execute events, sponsorships, and thought leadership activities. Responsibilities also include preparing pitch materials and RFPs, overseeing directory and award submissions, and maintaining marketing databases.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of business development or marketing experience in a professional services environment, with a law-firm background in litigation. Familiarity with White Collar and Internal Investigations is a plus. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and project management skills, and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. The role requires a resourceful, driven attitude and the ability to respond to calls-to-action outside standard business hours.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000, with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
