Description:

This position serves as the primary liaison between AMS and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, client satisfaction, and strong business relationships.This role is responsible for overall day-to-day account management, communication execution between client and AMS and ensure overall success through proactive management action.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Understand clients' business needs, goals and challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients
  • Responsible for all internal and field operation communication to ensure client expectations are met
  • Develop and monitor service program performance metrics to ensure program success
  • Takes ownership and setting objectives based on client needs
  • Responsible for attending all meetings, trainings and events associated with assigned clients
  • Provide additional information or materials that may be needed with managing projects to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with AMS corporate support staff (to include Client Services, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, etc.) to develop and maintain all program processes and procedures
  • Manage and resolve all internal/external customer differences
  • Provide reports and updates to field and executive management team regularly
  • Comply with all customer and AMS policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-5 years previous retail and account management experience required
  • 1-2 years previous customer service experience required
  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Developed client-relation skills
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business needs dictate
  • Travel as required
  • Ability to exhibit strategic and executional capabilities
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient with strong Excel acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
