Manage and strengthen key relationships within a designated list of on-premise accounts within your territory through a consultative and influential approach.
Track all activities and consistently submit activity reports in a proprietary reporting tool to supervisor including KPI progress, account visits, trainings, accomplishments, competitive activities, special projects.
Participate in overall market commercial planning which may include weekly and monthly team meetings.
Efficiently manage T&E Budget as well as the monthly activation budget.
Responsible for executing activities to drive sales, ongoing promotional activations, and training bar staff on our portfolio of products.
Lead meetings with key on-premise accounts within the assigned area to develop strong working relationships. Present Bacardi brands and work toward achieving increased volumes while building long-term business opportunities.
Responsible for sales objectives, including basic account management, new distribution, drink features, and program development & execution.
Deliver year-over-year growth within account list while meeting monthly KPI’s within your account universe.
Be visible at key local events and participate where the opportunity fits our strategy, including the execution of national initiatives in the local market.
Actively participate in promotions and events, which often occur in the evenings or on weekends.
Stay informed of customer and consumer trends and develop programs to capitalize on such trends.
Provide market and competitive brand updates to supervisor to include timely and accurate communication of changing field conditions that may affect volumes as well as staffing changes at distributors and competitors.
