What you'll do (and why it matters)

As a Regional Manager in Virginia, you will mentor and inspire a talented team of funeral directors. You'll help them achieve success by providing thoughtful, personalized solutions that resonate deeply with the families they serve.

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of kindness, professional growth, and excellence aligning with Precoa's core values.

You'll take pride in hosting weekly and monthly meetings, empowering your team to exceed sales goals while creating experiences that truly matter. With a focus on collaboration, you'll partner with Field Management and our valued funeral home partners to ensure our shared mission is realized.

You'll develop your own leadership while tracking performance metrics, sharing insights with senior leadership, and continuously striving for team success. As part of a management team driven by shared goals, you'll celebrate record-breaking achievements and the positive impact we make, quarter after quarter.

Skills you may have to make you a success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Funeral Director License preferred
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one
  • 2-5 years of successful industry experience
  • 3+ years in a sales or sales management role
  • Comfortability with and interest in traveling for work
