Regional Sales Manager, Central US

Wallbox is a leading company in the electric vehicle charging and energy management systems market, with a presence in 96 countries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Central US region.
Job SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, leading and motivating sales teams, and achieving sales goals in the Central US region. This role requires a strong understanding of the Auto, EV, and EVSE industry, as well as experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the Central US region.
- Manage and motivate a team of account executives and sales representatives.
- Identify key partnerships and accounts to grow the Central US region.
- Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of building a strong pipeline and winning business.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to solve complex problems with minimal resources.
- Experience with previous start-up companies is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of sales tools and industry trends.
