Business Development & Strategic Relationship Manager

A leading Texas-based management consulting firm that bridges the gaps between finance, technology, operations, and risk for companies to thrive during every lifecycle stage. The team is comprised of industry veterans and professionals with expertise in finance operations, accounting and risk management.

We are seeking a professional based in Houston to assist in expanding our reach beyond our current boundaries. We want to know where you have been, but we are even more eager to hear about where you are willing to go

What Youll Be Doing:

As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you will...

  • Work closely with company leaders to promote and sell professional services designed to help organizations improve their business's financial and technology operations
  • Have a voice in what the day-to-day objectives will be and what success looks like in the position
  • Partner with practice leaders to identify, develop, qualify, and nurture new leads
  • Participate in local networking organizations to help spread brand awareness
  • Attend local networking events to foster relationships with referral partners and prospects
  • Prospect companies and make introductions to practice leaders

What We are Looking for:

  • 8+ years of building and maintaining relationships in the Professional Services space
  • Demonstrated skills in interacting with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the finance and accounting industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals
  • Expert networker and connector with solid communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a competitive or professional team-based environment a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field
