About the Role:
- The Technician, Enrollment II is responsible for ensuring accurate enrollment of members into member enrollment systems for complex accounts.
- This role involves coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate enrollment processes.
- Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business via fax, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail for complex accounts.
- Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, resolve enrollment system discrepancies, and process membership terminations.
- Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with Account Installation Team for member identification card process and billing technician for group enrollments.
- Assist with initial training for new hires and training refreshers for experienced hires.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/or data analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability to multiple and rapidly changing priorities
- Proficiency in learning and comprehending client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software
- Attention to detail when entering data into systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide positive customer service to internal and external customers
