The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that members are enrolled accurately and promptly into the enrollment systems, adhering to the service agreements for intricate accounts.


Compensation:
$25 per hour

Work is conducted entirely onsite.
Parking facilities are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate enrollment of members.
  • Verify and update enrollment statuses, amend membership records, and investigate discrepancies within the enrollment systems.
  • Process membership terminations and manage various enrollment-related events.
  • Identify and address any irregularities in the enrollment procedures.
  • Align health plans with member requests effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Technician to guarantee that all group enrollments are finalized before the monthly billing cycle.
