Job Overview:

The Membership Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely enrollment of members into Cynet Systems' enrollment platforms, adhering to the specific terms outlined in client agreements for intricate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and collaborate with essential client representatives, subscribers, and various internal teams including Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and IT, as well as personnel from the Account Installation Division of other Cynet Systems Plans.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation tasks and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Account Installation Team regarding the member identification card process, ensuring that cards are only issued once all enrollment updates have been finalized and verified.
  • Work alongside the Billing Technician to guarantee that all group enrollments are processed before the monthly billing cycle.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, as well as provide refresher training for existing staff.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and tasks.
  • Capacity to understand and retain details related to client accounts, diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software.
  • Proficiency in managing extensive member enrollment data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
