As the Recruitment Coordinator you will support the organization as we continue to rapidly scale our mission driven organization devoted to serving those with I/DD. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to reach hiring goals and implement hiring strategies.

What you will be doing:
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and various hiring teams.
  • Managing and updating candidate data across ATS and related systems.
  • Coordinating background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Facilitating the flow of candidates through recruitment.
  • Updating and distributing job postings across various platforms.
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition Lead with resume screening and candidate evaluations.
  • Assisting with screening potential candidates and conducting interviews by phone and/or in person.
  • Maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers and maintaining positive experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Assisting with social media accounts and reporting any issues to the Talent Acquisition Lead and Marketing Manager.
  • Facilitating recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics and initiatives for short and long-term planning purposes.

  • Two years of experience with recruitment or recruitment coordination.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft office and Google platforms and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience

Work Location: In person
