JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking to hiring a motivated, driven, and eager Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fun and dynamic Talent Acquisition team
You will be a critical member of the team, collaborating with candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers as you support our teams and elevate the candidate experience with the end-to-end interview process.
You will support the TA team by contacting candidates, coordinating interviews and interview panels and create offer letters. You'll ensure interviews are setup in a timely and accurate manner, manage all changes to schedules as needed and provide clear communications to candidates and hiring managers while creating a warm and inviting candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule the logistics with candidate and interview panel handling a high volume of interviews across multiple locations, (US and worldwide) in partnership with the TA Partner and interview team.
  • Communicate with and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring manager and TA Partners and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication of all interview logistics with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams.
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts and obtain additional availability when necessary.
  • Review interview requests for clarity, request additional information as necessary and report any issues regarding interview requests, reschedules or cancellations to your TA Partner.

Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience as a TA/Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Capability to work in a high-volume environment and can manage multiple requests across different time zones.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at any level.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
