  • Monitors status of background checks and all required onboarding requirements, working with candidates to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Consistently identifies process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities
Advanced computer skills to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Product Suite, social media, and Applicant Tracking System experience.
2-3 years of recruiting coordinator, assistant or intern experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree.
