*Schedule*: Monday Friday (8:00 am 4:30 pm or 8:30 am 5:00 pm)

*Hybrid Schedule*: After 1 month of onsite training 3 remote days and 2 in-office days.

*Pay Rate*: $18-22/HR to start.

* Review loan files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

* Communicate with underwriters, appraisers, and other parties to facilitate timely loan approvals.

* Maintain detailed records and update loan status throughout the process.

* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

*Qualifications**:*

* 1-2 years of mortgage processing experience.

* 1-2 years of customer service experience.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and computer skills.
