To strengthen our Sintetica US team at our headquarters in Princeton, NJ, we are currently looking for a National Accounts Director Essential Tasks And Responsibilities Develop product access strategies and tactics for GPO and Wholesale customers. Leverage previous relationships with largest GPO customers such as Vizient, Premier, and Healthtrust. Responsibility for end-to-end relationship with GPO and Wholesalers including product launch, contract negotiation, product setup, stocking and ongoing relationship, account monitoring versus expected performance. Analysis of all possible contracting options Alignment of sales and contracting strategy across wholesalers, GPOs, IDNs and affiliated hospitals., provide leadership across sales team to achieve business goals. Work closely with leadership team to develop a sales plan and strategy to meet Sintetica’s overall performance objectives and execute sales performance to meet or exceed sales projections and market share expectations. Key role in leveraging existing relationships as well as developing new relationships to identify, develop and maintain sales prospects, opportunities to grow, and to execute annual sales plans. Establish and maintain relationships with key customer’s executive management and decision makers. Business Owner of the account, including, but not limited to, performance of account reviews, face-to-face meetings (maintain cadence), establishes process for account performance measurement. This also includes setting up overall account strategy, and negotiations on contracting and key business points of the contract. Management of travel budget aligned to overall company financial plan. Identify contracting opportunities. National and Regional trade show participation. Consistently provide market feedback. Requirements BA/BS degree required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of National account management experience and minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Pharmaceutical sales. Demonstrated success in healthcare product sales. A mix of Generic/ Generic Plus/ Brand injectable experience preferred as well as proven success in new product launches. Understanding of GPO, IDN and affiliated Hospital relationships. Demonstrated success working cross functionally to generate the most optimized business performance. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable responses.
