Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Dispatching:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and drop off clients at scheduled times.
Optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate last-minute changes or cancellations.
Customer Service:

Handle incoming calls from clients and provide information about services, scheduling, and transportation times.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Communication:

Maintain clear and continuous communication with drivers, providing updates on schedules, routes, and any changes.
Relay important information from clients to drivers and vice versa.
Use dispatch software and communication tools effectively to manage daily operations.
Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, driver logs, and client interactions.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transportation activities and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Problem Solving:

Address and resolve operational issues such as delays, route changes, and vehicle breakdowns.
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably in non-emergency medical transportation or a related industry.
