The Marketing professional will be part of a team that is focused on providing the best to our clients and finding new ways to serve them. The primary function of this position is the production of proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, social media, and event coordination and/or support. This role requires an individual who is creative, organized, motivated, communicative, collaborative, detail-oriented, excels at time management, and is comfortable working under pressure and with multiple deadlines. A candidate with a passion for writing and/or editing is a plus. This position will report to the Managing Director of Marketing and will work in our state-of-the-art National Headquarters building in Frisco, Texas.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High preference for anyone with even a year of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry
  • Minimum of two years of experience as part of marketing team
  • Professional Degree in marketing, graphic design, business or a related field preferred
  • Technology: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
  • Works well under pressure and with multiple deadlines.
  • Expectations: Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), creative and artistic design capabilities, strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a team
  • This is an in-person position. Must live in or around the North Dallas/Frisco area or be willing to relocate there.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
