Role Summary
• Be main contributor to the creation of long-from communication including email marketing,
website content, and sales resources
• Assist with the management of the company Intranet, including but not limited to page updates,
company announcements, user management, content creation, and associate engagement
• Nurture drip campaigns through email and website platforms to ensure optimum results
• Drive reputation growth and provide additional recommendations for resources
• Research internal and external sources to generate new marketing ideas, e.g., conduct target
audience interviews, monitor market trends, etc.
• Attend trade shows as needed.
• Assisting in preparing and distributing monthly or quarterly marketing reports to internal users;
analyzing business performance and preparing analysis and identifying areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate departments, including but not limited to Operations and Sales.
Provide admin support when necessary.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of related marketing experience
• Start-up or multiple market experience preferred
• Writing and website management skills, as well as Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new
skills quickly
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments with
deadlines
