As a Campaign Manager, you will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth in our pipeline. This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals, target audiences, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to uncover opportunities for deeper engagement within our existing client base and align marketing tactics to foster growth.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to produce engaging materials and high-value propositions.
  • Utilize tracking and analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and measure return on investment.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Identify areas for campaign enhancement and execute strategic modifications as necessary.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation in campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and executing revenue-generating marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies and trends across paid and organic channels, including database marketing and lead management.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, MAP, data analytics); experience with Pardot is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
Performance Metrics:
  • Attributable pipeline generation
  • Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
  • Channel performance metrics (e.g., Cost per Click, Conversion Rate)
