As a Campaign Manager, you will take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth in our pipeline. This role involves working alongside various teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, prioritize target demographics, and implement effective strategies to optimize campaign performance across both digital and traditional channels. This position is remote.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals, target audiences, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to uncover opportunities for deeper engagement within our existing client base and align marketing tactics to foster growth.
- Work closely with content and creative teams to produce engaging materials and high-value propositions.
- Utilize tracking and analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and measure return on investment.
- Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Identify areas for campaign enhancement and execute strategic modifications as necessary.
- Stay informed on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to foster innovation in campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing revenue-generating marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of demand generation strategies and trends across paid and organic channels, including database marketing and lead management.
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, MAP, data analytics); experience with Pardot is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Channel performance metrics (e.g., Cost per Click, Conversion Rate)
