In this remote, hybrid role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Learning Management System (LMS) is not only functional but also easy and enjoyable for our learners to navigate. You'll leverage your LMS knowledge to optimize the system for usability while crafting user guides and tutorials in our Digital Adoption platform that empowers our learners to get the most out of their training and our empowers our clients and their partners to get the most from our proprietary technology platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit technical materials on how our clients, their partners, and our employees should best use our proprietary tech platforms.
  • Provide monthly summaries on usability of our LMS and Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Develop information and analysis to select and present information on the specialized subject in a format and at a level suitable for the intended audience.
  • Create and provide technically accurate and comprehensive documentation for our clients and tech platform end users and reactive support to our LMS users.
  • Maintain training data and records within the Learning Management System
  • Manage available training opportunities to employees and update learning campaigns.
  • Assist in the writing, development, and implementation of technical training experiences/journeys for customers.
  • Assist in the facilitation of individual and group training courses and activities for employees and customers.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials and the digital adoption client tools.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop technical materials that promote usability of our proprietary technology solutions for clients.
  • Monitor and maintain the Learning Management System utilized by our employees and our clients.
  • Stay certified, trained and up-to-date on all the latest capabilities of our LMS and Digital Adoption Platform, and all new/emerging technologies in the LMS/CMS/Digital Adoption industries.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction.
  • Successfully worked with Digital Adoption, CRM solutions, and/or training platforms.
  • Experience designing programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or Digital Adoption Platforms but will train an otherwise well-qualified candidate.
  • Collaborates and works effectively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Energetic in researching and resolving problems and display a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
  • Excellent verbal/written and presentation skills required.
  • Maintain a high standard for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to implement administrative improvements.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Must be capable of working independently and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and remote environment with multiple interruptions.
  • Ability to plan, organize, anticipate and problem solve.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • 2-4 years working in an LMS platform and some experience with technical writing.
