If you are passionate about advancing a more sustainable future, this is the perfect time to join Enphase About the roleEnphase Energy is looking for Customer Service Representative (Customer Support Technician) to provide inbound phone calls services to Customer Support Level 1. What you will doAnswer inbound phone calls to the Customer Support Level 1 phone queueRespond to inbound emails to the Customer Support group addressProvide pre-sales information about productsDocument all activity in a central CRM/Helpdesk software platformTroubleshoot technical issues related to installationsAssist with the activation of new sites as neededCoordinate with Engineering with tracking of field; issues, and subsequent product-modifications, logging product bugs in a central databaseAssist other team members with troubleshooting and/or administrative tasks as neededMonitor and act upon quality analysis reports provided by the QA teamParticipate in ongoing training/education of industry standards and product-specific informationFollow departmental conventions and procedures in a positive mannerProfessionally represent Client via all communications mediumsAbide by all company policies and standards of conduct contained in the Client manual Who you are and what you bringHigh school diploma or GED equivalentExperience with PC and MAC OS XExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with both external customers and internal employeeAbility to multi-task in a very fast-paced environmentBe able to type at least 30 WPMCall center experienceExperience with solar electric products, residential electrical applications, and Nation Electric Cod (NEC) are helpfulExperience with consumer-grade networking TCP/IP data networking preferred Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerHand and finger manipulation using phone and keyboardExtended time on phone with customers This is an "In office" position.The base pay range for this position is $20 per hour. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
