Overview

Salary Range:
$16.82 per hour
Plan and coordinate the training and development activities of all staff.
Responsibilities
Conduct instructor led training sessions covering specified areas to include operations, customer service, safety, skills, technology, environmental compliance, systems and policies and procedures.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Evaluate on-the-job trainers’ performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Coach and evaluate all employees in proper customer service and job function skills.
Ensure employees at location complete all required training courses.
Conduct ongoing training and personal development classes for location specific staff members.
Work with management to analyze training needs and develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Train others in techniques and skills for training and dealing with other employees.
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills required (English).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Outlook required.
Two years experience facilitating technical and/or soft skills training, or a four year degree from accredited college or university in a related field.
Possess a valid driver license with a good driving record.
