Job Description

Job Title: Training Development Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Lead to join our team at North Highland. As a Training Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans that utilize multiple mediums and delivery formats, including in-person and virtual training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts with key stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop surveys to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supplement training plans to address deficiencies identified through the survey process.
  • Track, coordinate, and prioritize training delivery dates and training resources.
  • Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure participation in training activities.
  • Oversee/administer content development and learning path execution across multiple projects and stakeholder communities.
  • Partner with module implementation teams to identify and advocate for their specific training needs.
  • Administer instructor-led and virtual training to program participants in partnership with module implementation and support teams.
  • Review training content to ensure effective communication of complex concepts, extracting pertinent information then transforming that content into digestible pieces.
  • Drive program and participant success.
  • Work effectively and cross-functionally across Department of Community Health (DCH) and stakeholder communities.

Requirements:

  • Delivered training plans in a state or government healthcare setting (not essential but beneficial).
