The

Food & Beverage Manager

will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This includes managing the daily activities of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and achieving financial goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record in food and beverage management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, and catering services.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and development.

Monitor and control inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing offering for guests.

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Proficiency in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
