Job Summary:
The Business Office Director (BOD) at Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is a full-time, salary position in the healthcare/medical field located in Meridian, Mississippi. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative operations of our senior living facility, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures. The BOD works closely with senior management to maintain the financial health and sustainability of the organization while upholding high standards of customer service for our residents and their families.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $40,000 to $45,000, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, the BOD is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the senior living facility including budgeting, billing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports and records.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and the facility for financial matters.
- Hire, train, and manage the performance of administrative staff including receptionists and administrative assistants.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the office operations.
- Ensure the facility is in compliance with all federal and state regulations related to financial operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
