JOB DESCRIPTION: The Wine Club and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities central to growing and supporting wine clubs. This role involves planning and executing e-commerce and wine club sales, organizing fulfillment through wine shipments, and providing customer support. The coordinator will report directly to the Allocations Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Shipping - Ensure smooth daily operations of all shipments including club shipments - Ensure timely delivery of shipments - Check exception reports daily and resolve issues - Process, redirect, and rectify shipment returns for all DTC shipments - Actively resolve orders with shipping errors or miscellaneous issues Inventory - Maintain and record accurate inventories - Report monthly inventory for all brands from all warehouses - Report monthly inventory velocities for all brands Clubs - Compose and send emails for each Wine Club shipment - Problem solve and follow up with club members, vendors, and within the DTC department - Data entry for new memberships, credit card updates, and shipping addresses - Correspond with members, vendors, and other departments via phone and email - Execute wine club shipments including processing club payments, monitoring membership, updating members' credit cards and addresses, rectifying lost or damaged shipments, and resolving customer service issues eCommerce - Maintain eCommerce CRM contacts Adhere to department calendars Other duties as assigned EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: - Wine industry experience, preferably in wine club and shipping - Experience with Microsoft Office, WineDirect, and ShipCompliant required, Tock preferred - Team player with ability to work independently - College degree preferred QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical, logistical, and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent customer service - Computer literacy - Microsoft Office proficient - Competent in multi-tasking - Detail oriented - Effective in a team environment WORKING ENVIRONMENT: - Office environment - mostly sedentary work - Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS - Monday-Friday at our Napa headquarters - Minimal travel required Base Salary Range: $66,560 - $70k+ depending on skills and experience We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees with bonus potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
