to join our teamIn this role, you will be integral in managing and coordinating all aspects of employee leave, from FMLA and ADA to state regulations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, meticulous record-keeping, and effective communication with employees and managers. A Day in the Life

: Accountable for day-to-day administration of leave of absences including FMLA, regulatory and company leaves Communicates with employees regarding their leave. Ensures employees are aware of their responsibilities and any documentation and notice required to qualify for and initiate leave Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities such as benefit premiums payment reconciliation and coordination with payroll and related analytics Maintains knowledge of all applicable leave and accommodation laws including the FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws Provide exceptional customer service Advise managers and employees on the interaction of leave laws with paid time off and leave of absences with Burlington Responsible for leave administration, compliance, process, documentation, employee and manager inquiries, reporting and researching and resolving escalated issues Assist managers and Human Resources with unapproved leaves Ensure legal and company compliance with COBRA, FMLA, ERISA and other state and federal laws and regulations Administer the programs in accordance with company policy and procedure to ensure compliance with both internal and external auditors Maintain and update employee records in HRIS Investigates and resolves questions regarding communication and legislative leave filing Compile data and assist with preparing reports on employee leave status and utilization of leave program Drafts and/or recommends revisions to company leave policies and communications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations You’ll Come With

: 2+ years of Leave Administration experience Significant experience within Leave Administration may be considered in place of degree Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Come join our team.
