7:30am - 4:30pm PT Responsibilities: Fulfill various aspects of data entry, including order entry, capturing payment information, marking orders as shipped, and entering data on spreadsheets. Print (import) customer orders and packing slips. Assist the Customer Service team with timely and courteous resolution of customer complaints. Support the Will Call function including outgoing Will Call email notifications and assist customers with Will Call order pick up. Assist the customer service team with placing orders, refunds, returns or exchanges and capture billing payments for orders. Check orders for fraud using appropriate methods for specific programs. Research and resolve discrepancies with inventory quantities. Responsible for running end of day sales order report and emailing to the team. Runs a daily report of UPS and FedEx Exceptions and emails customers if they are the hold-up (address issues, documentation, payment of fees, etc.) Continually follow up and complete any unforeseen delays in specific customer orders. Complete additional tasks as designated by supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years administrative AND/OR customer service experience Strong attention to detail and efficient organizational skills Experience with basic computer use, including Office, and ability to learn company-specific systems Effective, professional written and oral communication skills; including email and telephone etiquette Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously on a daily basis using effective time management to meet deadlines Desire to learn and asking questions along with the ability to retain new information for future use Initiative to combine knowledge, common sense and creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues independently Flexibility to work concurrently as an individual and part of a team environment, providing support to others as needed Portray confidence and be open to compromise Ability to be open to, accept and learn from constructive feedback Maintain composure and react calmly and professionally in all situations Display a positive, company supporting, partnership attitude without a sense of self-importance
