Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
  • Learn to generate quotes, manage work orders, and ensure the prompt completion of orders.
  • Participate in daily team discussions, implement business strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the center.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships, converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Support the Lead Sales Representative with various tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Personable, proactive, and eager to learn with a talent for relationship building.
  • Excellent listening and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods (4 hours or more).
  • Capability to focus on a computer screen for prolonged durations (4 hours or more).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering high-quality work consistently.
