Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
  • Acquire skills to generate quotes, process work orders, and ensure prompt delivery of completed projects.
  • Participate in daily team discussions, implement business strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the center.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Establish enduring relationships by converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Support the Lead Sales Representative with various responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales environments is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Personable, proactive, and eager to learn with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent listening and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to remain seated for extended periods (4 hours or more).
  • Ability to focus on a computer screen for long durations (4 hours or more).
  • Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
