POSITION SUMMARY
The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems and virtualization systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the first point of contact with employees to install and upgrade computer components and software, provide quick resolutions, and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
- Manage help desk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
- Support Office 365, including licensing and training.
- Enhance, install services and support user experience in the cloud and ERP systems.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and make recommendations to management.
- Participate in on-call duty as required.
- Traveling to company remote sites as requested.
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Associates Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Administration -OR- 2-5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Prior experience with Office 365 suites, Azure, AWS, Windows 10/11 required
- Prior experience with Linux and Hyper-V preferred
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ required
- Prior experience working with Epicor ERP support preferred
- Strong knowledge of systems, software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on issues to close
- Knowledge of NIST 800-171, ITAR and CMMC preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Five (5) weeks PTO per year
