The CMM will drive the company Strategic Imperatives with a focus on Product and Marketing program execution across key Major Accounts, including Builder's First Source, US LBM, 84 Lumber, Colony, McCoys, DoItBest, Ace Hardware, ABC, Beacon, among others.

This position will be responsiblefor the following and additional responsibility may be assigned as opportunities present:

Intense focus on strategy execution with key Major Account Executives:

  • Identify customer targets for new product launches
  • Expand share for existing products with target customers
  • Identify customer-specific promotional and merchandising opportunities, develop strategy and execute campaigns to win/grow MA segment
Improve and streamline sales enablement efficiencies for key Major Accounts:
  • Guide a cross-functional team through customer meeting preparation, with a focus on presenting new products/programs, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers
  • Attend and support business review meetings with Major Accounts customers
  • Align Major Accounts sales and promotions activities with the Product Marketing team by creating and executing a promotional Major Accounts calendar creating full visibility and alignment
  • Drive customer-specific promotions and awareness ads, including tracking effectiveness
  • Streamline communication (via internal communications and Salesforce) to sales regarding product and marketing activities, as well as customer-specific, relevant informant (i.e. trade shows, targeted promotions)
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager, Marketing, or Sales and/or same industry
  • Previous experience in Channel/Customer Marketing Role preferred
  • Working knowledge of both customer base and building products industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience presenting and speaking to wide-ranging audiences (including senior executives), customers visits, webinars, training, trade shows and industry events
  • High level of business acumen and financial reporting/analysis
  • Ability to drive action through collaboration with the product, sales, and marketing teams to execute the company's imperatives within the Major Accounts channel
  • Strategic thinker with an innate ability to articulate a channel strategy, opportunity
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
  • Travel will be up to 20%
