Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly within the restaurant sector and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and digital conversions.
  • Strong grasp of marketing technology solutions, digital advertising platforms, and analytical tools, with the capability to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Experience with restaurant brands or multi-unit operations is highly desirable.
