- Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team proficient in multi-channel marketing strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Partnership Management: Develop relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support multi-channel marketing efforts and achieve business objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maximize return on investment.
- Financial Oversight: Create and manage marketing budgets for each brand, allocating resources effectively to meet strategic goals across all channels and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside senior leadership, franchisees, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business priorities across all channels. Communicate marketing plans, initiatives, and outcomes effectively to ensure organizational support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, particularly within the restaurant sector and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and digital conversions.
- Strong grasp of marketing technology solutions, digital advertising platforms, and analytical tools, with the capability to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making and performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities.
- Experience with restaurant brands or multi-unit operations is highly desirable.
