Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field A minimum of 5-years professional experience in construction management and/or redevelopment of real estate Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, lead, and develop talent Proficiency in all aspects of Project Management – estimating, scheduling, permitting, contract management, expense control, etc. Strong business acumen, strong financial acumen, and demonstrated negotiating skills Hands-on experience working in the trades Relocation to MA
