Recommend budget management practices that align with the department's sustainability goals and adhere to policies and regulations. Monitor and track department expenses, cash flow, and transaction status through sponsor financial systems and repositories. Review and update the department's existing SOPs for budget and contract tracking, identifying areas for improvement. Strong understanding and experience with finance systems and tools, including Corporate Action Tracker, Accounting System, Financial Form Repository, Budget and Agreements Software, and Reporting Software.
