People Operations Director

They are seeking a hybrid remote People Operations Director (2 days a week in the office).
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Director to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a thriving company culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven track record in HR management. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of people operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree is a plus
Proven experience in HR Management in a SaaS or high tech company with experience managing an offshore office preferred
Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt to a diverse culture base
Strong presentation skills, capable of creating and delivering impactful presentations
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies
Salary range:
$130K-175K (depending on experience and comp history) plus 10% annual bonus potential
