POSITION TITLE: People Operations Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Oversee daily HR functions for a workforce exceeding 200 employees in Los Angeles.
- Engage with various departments to offer support, mentorship, and strategic development planning.
- Manage all HR-related activities from talent acquisition to employee evaluations.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Focus on employee growth and career advancement opportunities.
- Address and mediate employee conflicts while providing equitable solutions.
- Administer employee benefits, recognition initiatives, and compensation assessments.
- Implement retention strategies and maintain knowledge of labor regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR management roles.
- 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft and ADP is advantageous.
