Job Description:

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, reporting to the Assistant Director of Email, Direct Mail and Field Marketing, joins the Activation team as a key individual responsible for developing, activating, and maintaining email marketing campaigns.

This individual should strive for operational excellence, implementing technical solutions in an accurate, efficient, and reliable manner.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist will partner with MarTech teammates along with Product and Engineering partners to bring complex email campaigns to life.

Responsibilities:

Work to automate and improve the developer experience for our engineers

Backend Infrastructure experience

Proficiency in DevOps and Agile principles

Apply engineering standard methodologies to analyze and develop software solutions

Leverages established coding standards, best practices, and automation capabilities to develop solutions to support our users

Identify technical problems and develop software solutions and/or automation capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

At least 7 years of working experience

High level experience with Terraform

High level database experience

AWS or Docker or Kubernetes Certification Preferred

Must Have:

5+ Years of working with Databases both on-prem and cloud managed

Ability to understand the business domain and interpret the needs and collaborate with business & Digital partners.

Nice To Have:

Agile Methodology

Familiarity with Kubernetes at an enterprise Scale
