What You Will Achieve as a Lead Cloud Operations Engineer:
In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying application solutions in cloud environments while engaging in technical research and development to foster ongoing innovation within the DevOps domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions in public cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Engage in automation projects to enhance processes, boost efficiencies, and minimize hosting costs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Platform Teams, Solution Architects, and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance and promote automation and "Infrastructure as Code" practices.
- Deliver cloud initiatives within an Agile framework.
- Participate in technical discussions with current and prospective clients, as well as internal teams.
- Conduct research and development to provide sophisticated cloud-native or on-premises solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot intricate software and infrastructure challenges, developing tools and systems for task automation.
- Provide support for critical and escalated issues as necessary.
- Oversee the management and upgrading of DevOps toolsets.
- Maintain 100% automation coverage of core Insight build and deployment using cloud-native services and containers.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and executing complex DevOps solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted environments, particularly Amazon AWS.
- Background in AWS DevOps development.
- Knowledge of technology stack libraries such as Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, and ArgoCD.
