Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, creating and publishing job postings, and providing support throughout the recruitment process. Job Description:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating Interviews:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process and timely communication. This also includes handling travel arrangements and logistics planning.
Candidate Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Postings:
Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates and manage candidate inquiries and applications.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining the active open requisition list, collecting necessary pre-employment paperwork, preparing formal interview schedules, putting together offer letter details and sending to the respective HR division, and providing support to the internal recruiters, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
