LHH is working with a client to find a HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:


  • Manages all Payroll and Human Resources functions, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Establishes and maintains the organization's workforce structure through job requirement updates, job description maintenance, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Oversees new hire orientation programs, coordinates payroll processing, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Qualifications


  • 4-7 years experience as HR Generalist
  • Proficient in strong, professional communications
  • Expert level understanding of Federal and Local/State labor laws, including hiring and termination best practices.
  • Experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of industry wage trends and I-9 compliance.
  • Skilled in HRIS systems for onboarding/offboarding, and familiarity with ATS software, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing work environment and interact professionally with all levels of employees.
