**Warehouse Manager**
**Location:** Fremont, CA

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
Rahi Systems is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of superintendent who supervises and supports our Foreman team and works closely with management to help streamline and improve project workflow, employee development, site safety and knowledge.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Maintain Rahi Systems internal database with network equipment data to keep the accuracy level high:
* Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
* Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
* Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
* Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
* Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
* Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
* Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
* Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
* Responsible for overall day-to-day activities of the Logistics Division and staff.
* Must be intimately familiar with all tasks and procedures to act as back up at any given time.
* Responsible for the assurance of effective and efficient facilitation of requests for services.
* Maintains a strong familiarity and understanding of appropriate transportation type/tariffs and ensures the adherence of their terms and conditions.
* Primary point of contact for escalation of service problems and resolution as identified by the department.
* Creates, Establishes and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
* Provides support to Sales & Account staff with customer premise presentations.
* Conduct department staff training and ongoing continuing education.
* Assist Sales Staff on providing Cost Estimates for Logistic Services.
* Determines staff hours, number of personnel, prepare schedules and allocate assignments to best manage customer requests.
* Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
* Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
* Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code, or other.
* Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to designated location.
* Assembles orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders as specified.
* Marks materials with identifying information by bar code.
* Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
* Uses computer to enter records.
* Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
* Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
* Schedules work for special and periodic inventories.
* Prepares parcels for mailing. Maintains inventory records.
**Skills & Experience:**
* 3-4 years of warehouse supervision is required.
* Requires technical background in network gear.
* Experience in asset management and inventory control. Experience in audits is particularly valuable.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
