Job Duties:

Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Confer with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and improvements. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records and assure compliance with program. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Drive organizational strategies for implementing a state of art and robust physical security solution and manage the delivery of this solution and the relationship with the customers.

Job Requirements:

Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in CS, CIS, Engineering (Any), MIS, IT, or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Project Lead, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, Manager, or related. Travel required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Salary Range:

$163,571.00/Year to $165,000.00/Year
